1. Service to be provided Monday to Friday (Bank holidays / Sat and Sun not included)Bank holidays / weekends are charged at double time if required.
2. We require a minimum of three months written notice to terminate our services from your contract.
3. The contract is for a minimum period of 12 months from the start date and will thereafter continue from year to year until determined by either party giving written notice to the other.
4. Unless otherwise stated, the companys charges have been calculated over a complete year and are based on standard of service rather than labour content, and take into consideration that no service will be carried out during any known statutory holidays, bank holidays, local holidays and shut down.
5. We reserve the right to increase our prices at the annual inflationary rate on or around April of each year.
6. Ethics Cleaning Services reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts (Lloyds base rate plus 4%).
7. Ethics Cleaning Services will not accept responsibility for any spillages, however caused.
8. Ethics Cleaning Services will charge £15.00 per hour for any additional cleaning time required in excess of the time allocated on a daily basis.
9. The client is responsible for clearing all desk and ledges to enable cleaning and to prevent documents being mislaid
.
10. We require a lockable cupboard for equipment chemicals, to be provided by the client, free of charge.
11. Settlement Terms 30 days.
12. All machinery and chemicals inclusive.
